Estimated Delivery Times

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery times are:

• United States: 1–14 business days
• Canada: 2–14 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on carrier conditions, weather, customs processing, holidays, or demand volume.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the selected shipping method, delivery location, and order size. Optional shipping protection may also be available during checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information, if available, so you can monitor your shipment status.

Delays

While we work to ensure timely delivery, occasional delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, customs processing, high order volume, or temporary issues involving our fulfillment and warehouse partners within the United States.

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Vistara is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages

Orders purchased with shipping protection are eligible for assistance in cases involving lost, stolen, or damaged shipments.

If shipping protection was not selected at checkout, Vistara is not responsible for lost, stolen, delayed, or damaged packages once the shipment has been transferred to the carrier.
